Service states

Provisioning means the infrastructure request is still being processed. Active means the VPS exists and billing access is active. Installing means optional software is still being configured. Ready means the panel received the expected completion or health result.

What to do

Keep the service page open or return later; progress is stored in the panel. Estimated times are guidance, not a guarantee. Large packages, software downloads, DNS changes, and upstream repositories can add time.

Do not launch the same installer twice. If progress stops beyond the displayed estimate, review the task result and open a support ticket. A paid invoice can start eligible automatic provisioning, but payment alone does not prove that an application health check has passed.
